Physical Layer Switches
APCON’s patented INTELLAPATCH™ switching products
manage physical layer connections in networks and labs to
provide easy to use point-to-point connectivity. These switches
can replace mechanical copper or fiber optic patch panels
that require human intervention to redistribute and re-route
end point connections. Ports on APCON switches can be easily
reconfigured from either the front panel LCD keypad, RS-232
serial interface or from any TCP/IP network workstation
via the LAN interface.
Software
AUTOSWITCH™: Scheduling software for network administrators
and engineering test managers. Automates system test routines,
reclaims preset switch configurations and allows remote
access and control of APCON’s INTELLAPATCH or SCSI
switches.
POWERSWITCH™: Server high availability, failover and
clustering solution for localized network environments.
Works with APCON’s SCSI and Fibre Channel hardware
solutions.
SCSI Products
Switches: Electronic Crosspoint Switches enable users to
switch multiple computer systems and SCSI peripheral devices
via remote operations.
Extenders: High Performance Fiber Optic SCSI Bus Extenders
to extend the distance of SCSI devices utilizing fiber optics,
allowing users to place remote peripherals up to 10 Km.
Boosters / Converters: MSCS cluster compatible Boosters
increase SCSI cable lengths, reduces cable noise and improves
signal quality. High-performance bus converters translate
Low Voltage Differential (LVD) or Single-Ended (SE) bus
signals into High Voltage Differential (HVD) SCSI.
Custom Solutions: APCON provides OEM versions
of our products to support custom requirements.
