Using an embedded 386 processor and custom software, I.T. Pros has developed the Display Control System (DCS). The DCS will control the functions of plasma displays. The DCS was originally developed to control multiple displays from one workstation.

As plasmas have an inherent problem with burn-in when displaying static images, the DCS continually monitors the "Anti Burn-In" features of the monitor. If these settings are changed (i.e. with an IR remote), I.T. Pros' control system would adjust the settings back to the programmed "optimal" settings.

As the controllers each have an IP address, the plasmas can be managed from any location on a network. In addition, the system can turn on and off the plasmas at specific times and can be customized to fit any need.

Control multiple displays via Intranet or Internet from a single location.
Automatically set monitor on/off times.
Automatically run the Anti-Burn-In features of the display unit (i.e. Pixel Shift, Invert mode and White Flash).
Continually monitors and updates Anti-Burn-In settings to provide maximum protection to each display.
