EXTEND DIGITAL
CAMERA SIGNALS UP TO 500 METERS!
The
Camera Fiber-Link from Logical Solutions permits the placement
of a digital camera up to 500 meters (1640 feet) away from
the controlling computer with transparent Camera LinkČ operation.
Traditional copper cables are limited to 10 meters (32.8 feet)
in digital applications. Each Camera Fiber-Link system consists
of a pair of electronic units connected by a duplex multi-mode
fiber optic cable. The receiver unit connects to the Frame
Grabber with a MDR-26 male-to-male cable and the transmitter
unit connects to the camera using an identical cable. Each
transmitter/ receiver module requires an AC/DC power converter,
two are supplied with the system. The installation is plug-and-play,
no adjustments are necessary.

CONTROL OF YOUR COMPUTER ENVIRONMENT
The ability to remote the CPU away from
the camera provides greater installation flexibility. Now
it is possible to position the camera in any setting from
outdoor to manufacturing floor to hostile environments while
keeping the computer secure in a remote, controlled location.
SMALL FORM FACTOR
The transmitter and receiver modules
of the Camera Fiber-Link are compact; measuring only 139.7mm
(5.5”) x 165.1mm (6.5”) x 25.4mm (1”)
allowing for easy connection and placement.
