REAL-TIME COMPUTER INTERACTION, HIGH RESOLUTION
VIDEO & NO LATENCY ISSUES!
Global-Link is a revolutionary new technology for the secure
transmission of high resolution video, keyboard, and mouse
using IP. Global-Link is a hardware solution which, unlike
other KVM over IP offerings, does not require any client/server
software. Traditional KVM over IP products rely on either
costly proprietary software which often include licensing
agreements, and/or web browsers which are not secure. The
Global-Link system consists of an encoder connected to the
source computer and a local KVM console, and a decoder which
connects to the user keyboard, mouse and video display devices.
Unique algorithms maintain image integrity without the video
artifacts associated with other KVM / IP solutions. There
is no mouse latency (mouse trails) and only one mouse cursor
on screen.
THE MOST VERSATILE KVM / IP SOLUTION
ON THE MARKET!
There is keyboard and mouse support for USB, PS2, and SUN.
Video sources can be either digital (DVI) or analog (RGB).
The encoder digitizes analog signals before transmitting
them over the network. The decoder can output either digital
or analog video allowing the use of digital flat panel or
CRT monitors. The Global-Link is not operating system (OS)
dependent making it ideal for Windows, Linux, Unix, and
USB-based Macintosh environments.
SECURE ACCESS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!
Video content is encrypted using 3DES. Keyboard/ Mouse signals
sent via SSH. Global-Link greatly expands the uses for KVM
access over IP thanks to its secure real-time computer interaction
and high resolution video. Telecommuters will be more productive,
and any industry that relies on high resolution images can
benefit from instantaneous world-wide collaboration.
